摘要
我们从解析上探讨了斜入射的 Rayleigh-Sommerfeld 标量衍射。我们显式推导了平面标量波斜入射到各种孔径（如单缝、圆孔和衍射光栅）上的夫琅禾费衍射公式。在 Rayleigh-Sommerfeld 标量衍射理论背景下进行的此类推导对于光学本科课程而言十分重要。
