木星冰卫星表面侵蚀过程的实验研究

摘要
我们利用现有的空间硬件真空标定实验室设施,研究高能离子对水冰的影响。该实验旨在模拟木星冰卫星表面的条件。我们展示了多孔冰样品中离子溅射的初步结果,包括硫离子溅射冰的首次实验结果。结果证实了先前针对非多孔水冰在不同入射角下获得的溅射实验的理论预测和外推。
