电子束穿过太赫兹介电尾场结构时能量调制的实验观测

摘要
我们报道了能量啁啾电子束穿过介质衬波导时由强尾场引起的能量调制的观测结果。该调制可有效转化为空间调制,形成周期为 0.5 - 1 皮秒的微束团,从而能够驱动相干 THz 辐射。实验结果与理论预测符合良好。
