摘要
我们研究暴露于中子束的GPU中检测到的不可恢复错误（Detected Unrecoverable Errors, DUEs）的来源。非法内存访问与接口错误是DUEs较可能的来源。ECC增加了启动失败事件。我们的测试流程表明，ECC可将Kepler架构由非法地址访问引起的DUEs减少至多92%，将Volta架构减少至多98%。
