电子能量损失磁圆二色性求和规则的实验应用

摘要
我们推导了利用透射电子显微镜中的电子能量损失谱测得的磁圆二色谱的轨道和自旋求和规则。这些求和规则是通过对衍射图中对称位置计算的微分截面获得的。轨道和自旋磁矩被明确表示为实验谱和动力学衍射系数的函数。我们估算了自旋磁矩与轨道磁矩的比值，并讨论了 Fe L_{2,3} 边的初步实验结果。
