二氧化硅微腔中回音壁模式的激发映射

摘要
我们报告了二氧化硅微腔（球和环面）中回音壁模式的电磁场分布的直接观测。这是通过沿子午线扫掠的锥形光纤耦合器的激发效率来揭示的。该方法的新颖之处在于使用耦合器本身进行近场映射，从而消除了先前工作中使用的额外工具的需要。该方法已成功应用于微球和微环面。
