铁磁/反铁磁异质结构的交换偏置效应

摘要
交换偏置（EB）效应于 60 年前由 Meiklejohn 和 Bean 发现。与此同时，EB 效应已成为现代磁学不可或缺的一部分，对基础研究和众多器件应用具有重要意义。EB 效应是首个涉及两类不同材料之间界面效应的现象，此处特指铁磁体与反铁磁体之间的界面效应。在此，我们综述交换偏置效应的基本方面。
