铜氧化物中准粒子谱函数的演化

摘要
我们分析了Bi_2Sr_2CaCu_2O_{8+x}化合物在从过掺杂到欠掺杂的多个掺杂水平下的光电子发射数据。我们表明，在过掺杂区域，(0,π)附近光谱的高频部分可以用费米液体理论描述，但在欠掺杂区域则表现出非费米液体行为。我们进一步证明，这种新行为与为具有强自旋涨落系统所提出的1/√ω行为相当吻合。
