摘要
氧退火显著改善了固态反应法制备的FeTe0.8S0.2的超导性能,该样品在合成后仅表现出宽的超导转变起始。通过200°C的氧退火,零电阻出现并达到8.5 K。超导体积分数也从0提高到几乎100%。氧退火使晶格常数压缩,表明FeTe0.8S0.2中体超导电性的演化与晶格收缩相关。
