铈超氢化物中赝能隙相的证据:CeH$_{10}$与CeH$_9$

摘要

多氢化物超导体已被证明具有金属性,并带有Bardeen-Cooper-Schrieffer型超导基态。本文中,我们提供了在115-125 GPa压力下立方铈超氢化物CeH10_{10}(T\textit{T}C_C = 116 K)中与赝能隙相相关的非常规输运的证据。在非超导态中低于90 K时出现的大的负磁电阻、准T\textit{T}线性电阻及其温度依赖性的符号改变,标志着该相的出现。我们研究了CeH10_{10}、CeH9_9和CeD9_9在高达70 T脉冲场中的磁相图和上临界场B\textit{B}C2_{C2}(T)。CeH9_9和CeD9_9B\textit{B}C2_{C2}(T)在低温下呈现出与Werthamer-Helfand-Hohenberg模型相符的明显饱和,而CeH10_{10}尤为突出,因为它不遵从该模型。因此,我们的观测揭示了铈超氢化物CeH10_{10}非超导态的非常规性质。
