LiFeAs 晶体比热中存在多个能隙的证据

在从大块样品中挑选的几个单晶上测量了 LiFeAs 的零场比热。观察到了约 20 mJ/(mole x K^2) 的尖锐比热跃变 Delta Cp/Tc。该值介于 SmFeAs(O0.9F0.1) 和 (Ba0.6K0.4)Fe2As2 之间，但与它们的 Sommerfeld 系数没有明显的相关性。Tc 以下的电子比热进一步揭示了双能隙结构，其中较窄的能隙仅在 0.7 meV 量级。虽然这些结果与先前报道的 LiFeAs 和 (Ba0.6K0.4)Fe2As2 的 Hc1(T) 大致吻合，但它们与已发表的 (Ba0.6K0.4)Fe2As2 单晶的比热数据不同。
