过掺杂 La(2-x)Sr(x)CuO(4) 中磁赝标度的证据

摘要
我们报告了过掺杂 La(1.78)Sr(0.22)CuO(4) 单晶电子拉曼散射实验随温度变化的结果。散射率 Gamma(w->0,T) 已从 50 K < T < 300 K 范围内的正常态 B(1g) 谱确定。Gamma(T) 从 300 K 到约 175 K 线性下降,然后相对于预期的平均场行为发生降低。这种趋势表明在约 T(cr)=160 K 处交叉到赝标度区域。结果与近反铁磁费米液体模型的预测非常一致。从该过掺杂样品的谱中没有发现赝隙的证据。
