La2-xSrxCuO4 中自旋伪间隙的中子散射研究

摘要
我们采用非弹性中子散射技术研究了 La2-xSrxCuO 的自旋激发，其能量范围为 2 meV <= \omega <= 12 meV，温度范围为 8 K <= T <= 150 K。我们观察到在 x = 0.18（略超掺杂）样品中，Tc 以上出现自旋伪间隙的特征。在加热过程中，自旋伪间隙在 T = 80 K 到 150 K 之间逐渐消失。对于 x = 0.15 和 0.20 的样品，尽管在 T ~ Tc 处间隙类结构的可见性较 x = 0.18 样品较低，但在基准温度处 w ~ 5 meV 附近出现较宽的 kai"(w) 峰，提示正常态中仍存在自旋伪间隙。
