Ca$_{1-x}$Eu$_{x}$B$_{6}$ 中局部结构对称性破缺的证据

摘要
本文我们对Ca% EuB 系列系统进行了系统性拉曼散射研究。我们的结果是该系统中出现局部晶体结构对称性破缺的首次实验证据。某些硼六角形的局部对称性为 tetragonal 而非 cubic。该结果可能解释了Eu-hexaboride中出现铁磁性的现象，因为在该系统的O空间群中磁有序是被禁止的。
