对代表性铁砷化物Ba(FeCo)As的解理单晶的电阻率测量揭示了与四方相到正交相结构相变相关的显著面内各向异性,该相变先于长程反铁磁序的出现。这些结果表明,该系列化合物中的结构相变本质上源于电子。
