绝缘铜酸盐中存在大磁热流的证据

摘要
研究了二维反铁磁单层铜酸盐Sr₂CuO₂Cl₂的面内热导率k。对k异常温度依赖性的分析表明,在低温下热量由声子携带,而在高温下磁激发贡献显著。与其他绝缘层状铜酸盐的比较表明,大的磁贡献对热导率是这些材料的固有属性。
