RHIC的PHENIX合作组在Au+Au碰撞中，在 GeV下观测到了小而显著的非随机逐事件平均涨落。这些涨落与大下喷注引起的关联一致，其中必须包含所测量的抑制效应才能重现非随机涨落的中心度依赖性。
