摘要

在我们从平衡态的绝热可及性关系推导热力学第二定律时，我们强调了能够在不改变系统内禀性质的情况下缩放系统尺寸的重要性。这留下了如何定义宏观但不可缩放系统（如引力体或表面效应重要的系统）的熵的问题。我们在此展示了原则上如何借助一个“熵计”来克服这一问题。熵计也可用于确定非平衡态和介观系统的熵函数。
