摘要
在这篇短文中,我们主张为应对高级持续性威胁(APT),组织需要在战略层面从以传统预防为中心的方法转向以响应为中心的方法。借鉴军事研究中的信息战(IW)范式,并运用动态能力理论(DCT),本研究考察了 IW 能力在企业领域的适用性。我们提出一个研究框架,论证传统的以预防为中心的响应能力(如事件响应能力和以 IW 为中心的安全能力)可整合为 IW 赋能的动态响应能力,从而提升企业安全绩效。
