摘要
我们研究了通过垂直耦合的自组装InAs量子点的隧穿电流的噪声特性。我们在低温下观察到超泊松散粒噪声。随着温度升高，这种效应被抑制。超泊松噪声归因于不同量子点堆栈之间的电容耦合。
