摘要
我们提出一种用纳米线自旋阀实现的可重构位比较器,其两个接触点具有磁致伸缩性与双稳磁化。参考位和输入位通过电生应变“写入”两个接触点的磁化态,若它们匹配则自旋阀的电阻降低。多个比较器可与磁隧道结并行接口,以确定N位输入流是否与N位参考流逐位匹配。该系统在室温下对热噪声鲁棒,且16位比较器可在约416 MHz运行,同时每周期耗散至多420 aJ。

Submitted to Applied Physics Letters. Version 1 ignored the energy dissipation in the passive resistors since they were very high. However, high resistances increase the RC time constant associated with charging. In version 2, the RC time constant has been reduced at the expense of increased energy dissipation, but the latter is still very small in absolute terms
