摘要
随着消费者灵活性变得可预期，实现这种灵活性的市场机制被认为公平至关重要。我们阐述了当今能源市场中的公平性问题，并提出了一种市场设计来解决这些问题。用电被分为必需用电和灵活用电两类，每类具有不同的价格和可靠性水平。价格由自动做市商（AMM）根据瞬时稀缺性生成，资源则通过一种新颖的公平竞赛算法进行分配。我们通过实证展示了该系统在101个英国家庭中为期1年的性能，并将其性能与更经典的方法进行了基准测试。
