摘要
利用局域密度近似（LDA）计算，我们预测了在 LaAlO 和 SrTiO 之间的 型界面处存在类似 GdFeO 的 TiO 八面体旋转。由此导致的 Ti 能带宽度变窄意味着，对于非常小的 值，LDA 计算预测界面处存在电荷和自旋有序。近期关于界面磁有序的实验证据可以通过反铁磁绝缘基态与铁磁金属激发态的紧密邻近性来理解。
