UTGa_{5} (T=Fe, Co, Rh)的电子结构与Fermi面

摘要
在5f电子为巡游电子的假设下，对UFeGa_{5}、UCoGa_{5}和URhGa_{5}进行了相对论能带计算。在Fermi能级附近发生了U 5f态与Ga 4p态的杂化。UCoGa_{5}的Fermi面与URhGa_{5}的Fermi面非常相似，它们在尺寸上都很小且拓扑上为闭合的。UFeGa_{5}具有准二维Fermi面，看起来像格子结构。
