岩盐结构 M(=IA, IIA)C 化合物的电子结构与磁性

摘要
采用全势密度泛函程序计算了碱金属和碱土金属（M）与碳形成的岩盐结构 MC 化合物的电子结构。我们发现，化合物的自旋磁矩主要由碳的自旋极化 p 轨道贡献。碳原子间的大间距使得 p 轨道局域化，根据 Stoner 判据，这诱发了磁不稳定性。其电子结构可映射到刚性能带模型。SrC、BaC 和 RaC 为半金属，而 KC、RbC 和 CsC 为磁性半导体。
