三角钴酸盐母体化合物CoO2中的电子关联

摘要
对CoO2(AxCoO2(A = Na, Li...)钴酸盐的x=0端成员)的59Co NMR研究揭示了一个金属基态,尽管具有明显的强电子关联迹象:低能自旋涨落在波矢q≠0处发展,并且在特征温度T*~7 K以下发生向费米液体态的交叉。尽管对该材料中钴的精确氧化态n存在不确定性,但结果表明,当x降至0.3以下时,电子关联得以显现。数据与NaxCoO2在x→0极限下接近莫特转变的结论一致。
