Rashba billiard 的电子与自旋特性

摘要
研究受 Rashba 类型自旋轨道耦合约束于 billiard 中的气体电子，采用近似半经典方法和精确量子力学方法。我们关注谱的低能部分，其本征值呈负值。当自旋预cession 长度小于 billiard 的半径时，低能本征值可良好地用半经典方法描述。相应的本征旋子被发现具有垂直于 billiard 平面的有限自旋偏振。
