摘要
我们提出了石墨烯晶格中取代杂质原子周围的电子能谱和 Friedel 振荡的精确解析和数值结果。石墨烯中的化学掺杂剂引入了 onsite 势以及跳跃振幅的变化。我们采用 T 矩阵形式体系，发现跳跃中的无序在杂质周围引入了额外的干涉项，这些项可以用 Dirac 电子的束缚、半束缚和非束缚过程来理解。这些干涉效应可以通过扫描隧道显微镜检测到。
