摘要
我们对在=2双层量子霍尔系统中观测各种磁相以及它们之间的量子相变做出了一系列精确的实验预测。特别是，我们分析了外部偏置电压对量子相图的影响，发现有限的偏压应该能够容易地使最近预测的新型倾斜反铁磁相在输运和自旋极化测量中被实验观测到。
