摘要
提出了透明域外电磁场能量的一般关系。研究表明，在一般情况下，带电粒子对电磁扰动能量的贡献可用介质介电极化率的一个双线性组合来描述。给出了该贡献的显式形式。所得关系被用于推广普朗克定律至吸收介质的情形。
