石墨烯覆盖SiN波导中由四波混频表征的电可调光学非线性

摘要

我们展示了在覆有栅极石墨烯的氮化硅(SiN)波导上进行的简并四波混频实验。我们观察到对信号-泵浦失谐和费米能量的强烈依赖,即证明了光学非线性是电可调的。在带间吸收边附近(2EFω2|E_F|\approx \hbar\omega),测得波导非线性参数的峰值约为 6400 m1^{-1}W1^{-1},对应于石墨烯非线性面电导 σs(3)4.31019|\sigma_s^{(3)}|\approx4.3\cdot 10^{-19} A m2^2V3^{-3}
