电驱动二维半导体微腔激光器

摘要
二维(2-D)单层过渡金属二硫化物(TMDC)是实现超紧凑、低阈值半导体激光器的有前景材料。电驱动TMDC器件的开发对于提升实际光电子系统的集成潜力至关重要。然而,目前电驱动的二维TMDC激光器尚未实现。在此,我们开发了首个电驱动的二维TMDC微腔激光器。
