摘要
表面波可在线性电光 (EO) 材料与各项同性介电材料的平面界面上传播，但这仅限于 EO 材料的取向角和各项同性材料的折射率处于特定范围内。这些范围可通过施加直流电场进行控制，且取决于直流电场的大小和方向。因此，利用 Pockels 效应可实现对表面波传播的电控。
