高Q回音壁模式谐振腔中亚太赫兹辐射的高效上转换

摘要
我们展示了一种在具有二次光学非线性的高Q回音壁模式谐振腔中，将亚太赫兹辐射高效上转换到光学域的方法。仅用16 mW的光泵浦，即可实现连续波100 GHz信号5×10^{-3}的功率转换效率。
