LIGO 悬置中瞬态对引力波搜索的影响

本文展示了用于地震隔离光学部件的 Advanced LIGO 悬置的瞬态行为分析。我们表征了 Advanced LIGO 首次观测运行期间四重悬置纵向运动中的瞬态。瞬态在各阶段间的传播与建模的传递函数一致,使得起源于悬置链顶部的瞬态运动在测试质量处振幅被显著减小。我们发现四重悬置的纵向运动监测器观测到了瞬态,但它们与引力波应变数据中噪声基底以上的瞬态运动没有显著相关,因此在瞬态引力波信号搜索中不构成主要的背景噪声源。
