芯空穴屏蔽对铁磁镍自旋极化俄歇谱的影响

摘要
我们计算了晶格中一区别位点存在芯空穴时铁磁Ni的自旋和温度依赖的局域态密度。价电子间及价与芯电子间的关联在多带哈伯德模型中描述，该模型通过哈特利-福克解周围的二阶微扰论处理。芯空穴势引起Ni价带中的强屏蔽效应。发现局域磁矩减小了5-6倍。讨论了其对CVV俄歇电子自旋极化的后果。
