摘要
我们提出了对各向异性二维晶体中激子结合能的理论研究。我们在屏蔽长度与激子尺寸比值的不同极限下,从变分波函数获得了解析表达式,并将其与数值解(包括变分法和精确解)进行了比较。作为示例,我们将这些结果应用于磷烯,即黑磷的单层结构。借助密度泛函理论计算来评估二维极化率,我们得到的激子结合能解析解与数值解非常接近,进而与最近报道的实验值相当。
