势涨落对介观腔中散粒噪声抑制的影响

摘要
我们对与随机定位杂质相关的无序对介观腔中散粒噪声的影响进行了数值研究。我们表明,当势涨落的幅度与费米能量相当且杂质密度足够大时,这种无序在决定噪声行为中占主导地位。与现有猜想相反,随机势涨落被证明并不有助于实现以Fano因子1/4为特征的混沌区域,而是有助于无序导体典型的扩散行为。特别地,对称腔预期的1/4抑制因子只能在高质量材料(杂质密度非常低)中实现。随着无序强度的增加,观察到抑制因子从1/4到扩散或准扩散输运典型值的相对快速转变。最后,基于硬壁腔和实际模型腔的比较,我们得出结论:约束势的具体细节对噪声影响较小。
