摘要

本文讨论了具有不对称能带的 d 波超导体中的单杂质问题。杂质附近局部序参量抑制的效应是使准粒子共振发生偏移。与先前的研究 [A. Shnirman et al., Phys. Rev. B 60, 7517 (1999)] 相反，我们发现偏移的方向并非普遍趋向于强散射极限。
