Ia型超新星LSQ12gdj的早期紫外发射:无持续激波相互作用的证据

摘要

我们展示了LSQ12gdj的光球层观测,这是一颗缓慢衰减、紫外明亮的Ia型超新星。在最大光度之前被很好地分类,LSQ12gdj的消光校正绝对星等MB=19.8M_B = -19.8,其最大光度前光谱演化类似于SN 1991T和超钱德拉塞卡质量超新星SN 2007if。我们利用Swift的紫外测光、地基光学测光以及近红外测光模板的修正,构建了从BB波段最大光度后45天内的热光度(1600-23800 \AA)光变曲线。我们估计LSQ12gdj产生了0.96±0.070.96 \pm 0.07 MM_\odot56^{56}Ni,抛射质量接近或略高于钱德拉塞卡质量。在最早观测阶段有多达27%的通量,在最大光度时有17%的通量,是在3300 \AA蓝端发射的。晚期没有多余光度、光谱能量分布在3000 \AA蓝端截断、没有窄线发射和强Na I D吸收,这些都反对持续激波相互作用的显著贡献。然而,LSQ12gdj在最大光度附近高达10%的光度可能由被束缚辐射的释放产生,包括爆炸后不久与一个致密、贫氢包层(半径<1013< 10^{13} cm)短暂相互作用期间热化的动能;这样的包层在双简并并合场景中普遍出现。
