激子-极化激元凝聚体中长程有序的动力学

摘要
我们报道了激子-极化激元玻色-爱因斯坦凝聚体中一阶空间相干性的时间分辨测量。发现长程空间相干性在受激散射开始时立即建立，时间尺度为皮秒量级。相干性在粒子数达到最大值后达到其最大值，然后衰减得更慢，持续长达几百皮秒。使用描述无序势中极化激元凝聚体与激子库相互作用的随机经典场模型，可以定性地重现这一行为。
