在直流和交流驱动的半导体超石墨烯中预测并研究了准能级激子与其电离连续态侧带之间的动态 Fano 共振 (DFR)。这种 DFR 受交流场的控制,使激子去极化,并在非线性四波混合信号中开辟一个内在的衰减通道。
