本文提出了一篇关于中性介质尘埃辐射从far-IR到mm波段知识的短期综述。当前的理解主要基于COBE数据分析，结合几种气体轨迹模板（HI和Halpha）。在亚毫米波段，重点放在新WMAP结果所称的“异常微波辐射”。
