一项基于戴森-施温格方程的轻强子谱计算,在单一框架内关联了介子和重子基态与激发态的质量,给出了对罗珀共振的描述,该描述与EBAC近期得出的结论高度一致。即,罗珀共振是核子戴夸克核心的一种特定类型的径向激发,并辅以显著的介子云成分。此外,还存在一些令人意外的结果。
