掺杂与维度效应对层状钌酸盐芯能级谱的影响

摘要
利用X射线光电子能谱研究了Mn掺杂的Sr3Ru2O7以及Srn+1RunO3n+1 (n = 1, 2, 3)晶体的芯能级谱。Mn掺杂到Sr3Ru2O7中显著影响了芯能级谱权重的分布。Ru 3d芯能级的卫星峰随掺杂发生显著变化,表明在掺杂诱导的金属-绝缘体转变中电子局域化增强。然而,Ru 3p芯能级在Mn掺杂后保持不变,因此未显示掺杂诱导的多重Ru价态迹象。在Srn+1RunO3n+1 (n = 1, 2, 3)中,Ru 3d芯能级谱相似,表明不同层状化合物中Ru离子周围的化学键合环境保持不变。同时,Sr 3d浅芯能级随n增大向更高结合能移动,表明其随结构演化参与了Sr-O键合。
