讨论了在ISIS设施KARMEN探测器中观测到的中微子事件的时间异常。我们表明，束流相关的中子事件并未被KARMEN的低能截断完全抑制，这可能导致观测到的测量时间分布偏离tau = 2.2微秒的指数曲线。
