摘要
根据三个太阳周期的太阳黑子数据，估算了Babcock-Leighton机制对太阳极向磁场产生的贡献。将推导出的量与代表大尺度磁场的A指数进行比较，结果对本文标题所提出的问题给出了肯定的回答。
