CrI3 中自旋翻转相变的独特磁拉曼特征

摘要

诸如 CrI3 等能在单层厚度保持磁有序的二维(2D)材料的发现,引发了从基础与应用角度对 2D 磁性的研究热潮。在此,我们报道了多层 CrI3 的磁拉曼光谱研究,聚焦于光谱中两个在低于磁有序温度时出现且先前被归为高频率磁子的新特征。我们观察到拉曼光谱随磁场增大的显著演化,其中模式强度的清晰突变归因于层间有序在临界磁场下由反铁磁转变为铁磁。我们的工作凸显了拉曼模式对 CrI3 中弱层间自旋有序的敏感性。此外,我们从理论上考察了这些新模式的潜在起源,推断其不太可能是单磁子。
