$\mathcal{P}\mathcal{T}$-对称狄拉克费米子非线性反常霍尔效应中的无序

摘要
对 -对称系统中非线性反常霍尔效应（NLAHE）的研究集中于内禀机制。本文表明无序对 NLAHE 贡献显著，且常压倒内禀项。我们识别出无序强度零阶下涉及贝里曲率偶极、斜散射与侧跳的项，均作为费米能量的函数呈现强峰，此为带间相干的标志。我们的结果表明，在 -对称系统中实验相关输运密度下的 NLAHE 很可能是外禀的。
