3d元素Ni掺杂IrTe$_2$中超导电性的发现

摘要
具有大自旋轨道耦合(SOC)的IrTe在270 K发生类CDW的一级结构相变,由高温三方相变为低温单斜相,伴随输运、磁测量及热容的剧烈跳变。本文通过生长IrNiTe单晶将3d元素Ni掺入IrTe。XRD与XPS结果均表明Ni原子替代了Ir,与计算结果一致。如同CDW行为,结构相变与超导电性呈现竞争与共存。单斜相变随Ni掺杂量增加逐渐被抑制,最终稳定出具有超导电性的三方相。在0.1x0.2范围内,IrNiTe呈现超导行为,T约2.6 K。超导电性具有各向异性,无量纲各向异性参数= 2。即便Ni元素呈铁磁性,IrNiTe仅表现弱顺磁性,未观测到铁磁序,与计算所得上下自旋态密度相互良好补偿一致。此外,对其他3d元素Fe、Co和Mn掺杂的IrTe,仅IrMnTe具有磁性,超胞磁矩为3.0。
